Before you enroll for Quick Voice, you will need to have your account number accessible. You will also be asked to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you access this account menu, your PIN will be your social security number. For your safety, you will be sent a one-time passcode via text message to your cell phone number associated with you Mascoma Bank account. You will need to have access to this device.
QUICKVoice is Easy to Use
- Step 1: Call 1-800-707-3553 from any touch-tone phone. You may also call from a rotary service phone with tone capability or by using a tone dialer.
- Step 2: Listen to the welcome message and follow the simple instructions. To make your selection, simply press the corresponding number on your telephone. To begin enrollment, please select option 1 (For Balance Inquiry).
- Step 3: You will be asked to enter your account number. Enter or say your account number. Then you will be asked to establish a PIN. As a first-time user, please enter your social security number.
- Step 4: You will be sent a one-time passcode via text message to the number associated with your Mascoma Bank account. The last four digits of that phone number will be provided for confirmation.
- Step 5: Please set your new PIN for future use of Quick Voice Telephone Banking.
