Cailin McMurdo-Minnich joined Mascoma Bank in 2019 as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer in the Burlington, Vermont, area.
Cailin has held numerous roles since beginning her banking career in 2009. As a relationship manager, she handled many types of commercial loans, as well as deposit products and cash management services. Cailin is passionate about helping Vermont businesses, brings a wealth of knowledge to the market, and has a broad understanding of commercial loans, real estate loans, and renewable energy loans.
She is also invested in the community where she works, actively volunteering and serving on the board for the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington and serving on the board for the Vermont chapter of RMA. She has spent extensive time in the Vermont school districts teaching financial literacy to students of all ages.
Cailin lives in Milton with her partner, Nick, and enjoys riding horses and being outdoors.
