Amberlynn Esperanza came to Mascoma Bank in 2022 as an Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending Development Officer in Portland, Maine.
During her many years of banking, Amberlynn has honed her skills in creating a network of connections to ensure customers get the services that best meet their needs.
Amberlynn appreciates that Mascoma Bank supports its employees as they work to give back to their communities and reinforces this commitment with its status as a Certified B Corporation. She is also proud of the work she has done supporting the people of Portland. She is the president of PROPEL (an affiliate of the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce), secretary and programming chair of the Greater Portland Immigrant Welcome Center, and board member of the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce. She was also part of the 2021 and 2022 United Way of Southern Maine’s Campaign Cabinet, participated in Leadership Portland in 2020, and is involved with the USM Foundation’s Women in Leadership Event Series. She serves on the development committee for Spurwink, an organization providing children and adults with mental health and education services, and she was named a 2022 Mainebiz 40 Under 40 Honoree. Amberlynn was recently appointed by Governor Janet Mills to represent Maine’s finance sector at the Maine Technology Institute.
Amberlynn grew up in Old Orchard Beach and now makes her home in Portland.
