Debit Card Management Instructions

Card Management Instructions

Block and Unblock

Digital Banking (Desktop)
  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts or Services menu.
  3. Choose Card Management.
  4. Select Manage My Cards.
  5. Locate your card. Select View Details.
Block Your Card
  • Select the Block Card option.
    • Choose your preferred alert delivery method (e.g., push notification, to your phone) Select Save.
  • Confirm Block. Review the confirmation message.
    • Your card status will immediately change to Blocked, preventing new transactions.
Unblock Your Card
  • Return to Card Management if your card is currently blocked. Select Unblock Card.
  • Choose how you want to receive the verification code (text, email, or phone call). Enter code and select Verify.
  • Card is active again. The block is removed and your card is ready to use.
Mobile Banking
  1. Sign in to Mobile Banking.
  2. Navigate to the bottom menu.
  3. Click on the More tab and select Accounts.
  4. Choose Card Management.
  5. Locate your card.
Block You Card
  • Look for the Lock/Block toggle. Labeled Block This Card.
  • Confirm Block. Review the confirmation message.
    • Your card status will immediately change to Blocked, preventing new transactions.
Unblock You Card
  • Toggle the Lock/Block toggle switch back to ON.
  • Confirm the action. Review the confirmation message that your card is active again.
  • Card is active again. The block is removed and your card is ready to use.

View Full Card Details

Digital Banking (Desktop)
  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts or Services menu.
  3. Choose Card Management.
  4. Select Manage My Cards.
  5. Locate your card. Select View Details.
  6. Complete MFA Verification. Choose how you want to receive your verification code (text, email, or phone call).
  7. Enter Code when you receive it.
  8. View full card information.
Mobile Banking
  1. Sign in to Mobile Banking.
  2. Navigate to the bottom menu.
  3. Click on the More tab and select Accounts.
  4. Choose Card Management.
  5. Locate your card. Click View Details next to Card Number.
  6. View full card information.

Alerts and Controls

Digital Banking (Desktop)
  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts or Services menu.
  3. Choose Card Management.
  4. Select Manage My Cards.
  5. Pick the card you want to update.
  6. Choose Alerts and Controls.
  7. Under My Card Settings, select either Manage Card Alerts or Manage Card Controls to customize your preferences.
Mobile Banking
  1. Sign in to Mobile Banking.
  2. Navigate to the bottom menu.
  3. Click on the More tab and select Accounts.
  4. Choose Card Management.
  5. Pick the card you want to update.
  6. Choose Alerts and Controls.
  7. Under My Card Settings, select either Manage Card Alerts or Manage Card Controls to customize your preferences.
