They could reference digital banking, transactions, accounts, or state you have fraudulent activity on your account. They will direct you to click a link, provide sign on information or to call them.
Mascoma Bank will never ask for your account information or passwords via phone call, email or text messages, nor will we contact you and ask you to log into digital banking.
