Digital Banking will be unavailable on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM EDT. Scheduled transfers will post at 7:00 AM EDT. As well as ATM banking withdrawals being lowered to $305 and Debit card purchases will be limited to $750 during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Be Aware of Fraud
Be aware of receiving fraudulent messages, emails, or phone calls that appear to be from Mascoma Bank. They could reference digital banking, transactions, accounts, or state you have fraudulent activity on your account. They will direct you to click a link, provide sign on information or to call them.
Mascoma Bank will never ask for your account information or passwords via phone call, email or text messages, nor will we contact you and ask you to log into digital banking. When in doubt, contact our Customer Care Center directly at 888-627-2662 if you have questions about your account or suspect fraud.
