Andrew Cook

Andrew Cook brings nearly two decades of experience in financial services to his role as Senior Vice President, Maine Market Manager in Portland, Maine.

Andrew grew up in Westbrook, Maine, and earned his degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, before returning to his home state to work in banking at various institutions. Andrew graduated the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Wharton and was awarded the Jeffrey and Diana Owen Scholarship for Emerging Community Bank Leaders. He was drawn to Mascoma Bank because of the culture and the company’s unique approach to banking and community building. He is thrilled to be working in Maine for Mainers while supporting the community through philanthropy and volunteerism.

In addition to coaching his children’s hockey and baseball teams, Cook serves on the credit committee for Granite State Development Corporation, sits on the Board of Directors as an officer for Maine Banker’s Association, and is a corporator and part of the audit committee for Maine Health and the board finance committee for Maine Medical Center.

He is also the past chair of the Greater Portland Chamber of Commerce and past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine. Andrew was also the 2025 chair of the Maine Heart Walk for the Maine Chapter of the American Heart Association, which raised over $400,000.

Andrew lives in Cumberland Center, Maine, with his wife, son, and daughter.
