Genevieve Kozlowski, Compliance Management Associate, joined Mascoma Wealth Management in 2023.
Genna supports the firm’s operations and regulatory compliance framework. She is currently pursuing the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation and plays an active role in enhancing internal processes, regulatory readiness, and client service initiatives.
She began her career in retail banking and risk management, earning her Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) credential and investigating financial crimes for several years. She later served as Finance Operations Manager for a global nonprofit animal protection organization in Los Angeles, where she earned her Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) certification.
A Vermont native, Genna grew up in the Upper Valley and earned her B.S. in Communication from Champlain College. Outside of work, she is a Board Member and the Finance Committee Chair for North Country Community Theatre, a local nonprofit arts organization, where she also enjoys performing in community productions. Genna also serves on the Valley News Advisory Board.
