Kelly brings more than 15 years of treasury and cash management experience to Mascoma Bank. She is primarily responsible for growing Mascoma Bank’s deposit portfolio in Maine and Central/Southern New Hampshire. Kelly has worked in the Maine market for the past decade, owns a small business, and is a graduate of the Maine Development Foundation’s ‘Leadership Maine’ program.

Patty joined Mascoma Bank in 2016, bringing over 20 years of commercial banking experience to her role as Senior Treasury & Municipal Services Officer. Patty brings a depth of knowledge to this position and focuses on ensuring the safety, liquidity, and maximization of our municipal partners’ deposits. Patty also serves on the board of the Good Neighbor Health Clinic in White River Junction, Vermont, which works to ensure people have access to the free health resources they need, and on the board of Grafton Regional Development Corporation, which strives to support businesses in Grafton County, New Hampshire.

Gabriella serves as Treasury and Business Services Officer for Mascoma Bank in the Burlington, Vermont, area. She joined Mascoma Bank in 2022 as the Assistant Manager of the Pine Street Branch, bringing over eight years of banking experience including many managerial positions. Gabriella serves on the Donation Committee for the Bank and is a member of the board of directors for HopeWorks in Burlington, Vermont. Her focus is to ensure that her work and her volunteering efforts align with the Bank’s mission to be a force for positive change.

Julie Iskra joined Mascoma Bank in 2020, bringing with her more than 20 years of business banking experience. As Treasury & Business Services Officer, she helps businesses analyze their financial objectives and implement deposit strategies to ensure they reach their goals. Julie is also an Impact Monadnock Business Ambassador (part of United Way) and teaches financial literacy to community partners through the Banzai program at Mascoma Bank.

Katie Dearborn joined Mascoma Bank in 2012, bringing over 25 years of banking experience to her role as MascomaPay Services Officer. Her experience in the merchant processing industry coupled with her knowledge of the markets she serves allows her to quickly analyze and advise on various pricing structures, ensuring her clients are always getting the most accurate and meaningful information. Katie currently serves as Chair of Westminster Fire Departments Prudential committee, Chair of the Town of Rockingham’s Revolving Loan Fund committee, and is a board member with Falls Area Community Broadcasting.

Jake began his career in banking in 2013 and joined Mascoma Bank in 2017 in the Cash Management department. In 2021, Jake brought his Cash Management experience to the Business & Municipal Service Department, where he continues to assist business and municipal customers across Vermont and New Hampshire. Jake also donates his time to the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce and Claremont-Sugar River Rotary Club.
